VFC Inventory Protocol For Homeopathic Practitioners
Vital Force Consulting, Inc. gladly opens use of its homeopathic remedy room to serve Homeopathic Practitioners. You can practice homeopathy and prescribe homeopathic remedies knowing that we will address your homeopathic remedy needs from our reliable pharmacy.
We carry homeopathic remedies mainly from Helios and Hahnemann pharmacy. We have a huge repertoire of remedies available. Remedy prices are enclosed and remedy list will be emailed to a practitioner on request.
Remedy orders received before 12 PM will go out the same day assuming we are in the office that day. Remedy orders received after 12 PM will go out next business day. We plan to be in the office Monday through Friday with some exceptions.
We Bill The Practitioner and Not The Clients
Remedy charges and Shipping charges will be added to the practitioner invoice and will be emailed to practitioner once a day (at the end of the day when all filling up of remedy orders is being mailed out). You pay us once every two weeks upon receipt of email invoice from us totaling previous weeks’ orders. We will invoice you first and 16th day of each month. The practitioner will receive the invoice via email. These remedy orders will be filled in our QuickBooks program under Kris Flaten, Practitioner.
You bill your clients
Your client pays you. Your client calls you with questions regarding remedy and not us. We are serving you the practitioner, who is our customer. Your client will not receive any invoice from VFC.
We will mail the remedy your client if you so request. VFC is not liable for your homeopathic remedy prescriptions. You are responsible for misuse of remedies or any liability issues if they were to happen in future.
We request all pharmacy orders always come in writing with full Latin name, exact number of doses etc. You provide instructions for your clients as per how to take the remedy doses. This is to avoid errors and keep matters simpler for both of us. Please email the remedy order once a day to us at @vitalforceconsulting.com. (It could be your end of day and we will fill it up next day by 12 PM.) You, the practitioner is responsible for providing us with exact order details and addresses of client we are to mail remedies to.
We give remedy dose or doses out only at practitioner’s request and not at client’s request. The doses will be labeled with VFC stationary such as VFC remedy envelops and LM Vials with remedy labels.

Price Schedule for Practitioners (practitioner discounted price)
We have a “after hour Remedy pick up” box located on our office building door off of Washington Street parking lot. Please make arrangements with us to pick up your remedy order there.
Change in prices:
Periodically we will change prices of remedies and shipping, in such cases you will be informed as soon as we make the changes so as to let your clients know.
Remedies that are not in the inventory of VFC
remedy room will be ordered 2 x a month first and 15th of each month. Any special orders besides those dates may be charged separately. It takes up to 2 weeks to receive the remedies at VFC. VFC will fill the remedy request to practitioner right away.
New remedies, non proven remedies
when need to be made by the pharmacy cost lot more. In such case the practitioner who requests such remedy will be responsible to pay the additional cost.
We plan to periodically review the system for its simplicity and efficiency. Please keep us informed any changes you can think of and we will do the same.
