Instructions for plussing homeopathic remedy
- Use an empty, unused, sterile, unflavored bottle of water with lid.
- Dissolve one dose of remedy in 1/4th cup of water. Drop pellets into water and allow to stand until pellets completely dissolve.
- Gently mix by stirring a few times.
- Take one teaspoonful, swish in mouth and swallow.
- Take a dose 12-24 hours apart for two to three days, if needed. You must see improvement of symptoms to continue taking doses.
- If symptoms worsen, this usually means you have taken too many doses. Just wait it out for a day and report to our office, if needed.
- For each additional dose, succuss (hit) the bottle in upward, downward direction on firm surface 10 times and take a teaspoonful.
