The cost for the First consultation for 2 hours is $475. The cost for a follow-up of one hour is $200. Homeopathic medicine cost a month is $20 to $50+ based on the number of remedies and doses. VFC carries an extensive inventory of homeopathic remedies. Follow-ups are about a month apart in the beginning and as we see steady improvement, the appointments are either 6, 8, or 12 weeks apart. The length of time depends on what the client’s goal is in terms of health. Until that goal is achieved, follow ups are scheduled every 4-8 weeks. We recommend a commitment to regular follow-ups in the first year. Once the goal is achieved, clients can choose to call the homeopathic practitioner only when needed. It would be similar to calling your doctor for an appointment to review, evaluate and decide on a course of treatment when symptoms reappear.

No. If you have Flex Benefits from your employer or your spouse's employer, you may be able to get reimbursement for visits with the homeopathic practitioner. Please call the human resources department at your place of employment to determine if the particular plan carried by your employer covers homeopathy. Health Savings accounts may help pay for homeopathic services.

We have been doing virtual visits for all of our clients since March 2020. We do see people in person on request and whenever the practitioner is in Northfield, MN. Otherwise zoom, Skype, Doxy.me, Google Duo, What’s app, and sometimes phone appointments is the preferred way.

We at Vital Force Consulting, Inc. schedule 3 hours for the first homeopathic interview. You may need as little as 75 minutes or the entire 180 minutes scheduled for you. Few clients have needed more time than that. You are charged for the time you spend with your practitioner. You will be given the homeopathic medicine at the end of your first interview. If further studies are needed or if the homeopathic medicine needs to be ordered, we will do that and the homeopathic medicine will be mailed to you.

A completed case record. Please contact us so we can tell you the procedure for getting the case record . The case record is 28-page questionnaire that needs to be filled out by you for the individual who is going to be seen by the homeopathic practitioner. Please either email the saved case record as a word document to vfc@vitalforceconsulting.com  or mail the case record to us one week before appointment time. If you are having any difficulty in filling out the case record, please let us know so we can help. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete additional brief forms.

We schedule 4-6 week follow-ups after the first interview. You will be given the homeopathic medicine to last until the next follow-up. The frequency of visits becomes less as the client’s health improves.
